Tax Project Manager

Location: Tulsa, OK or Frisco, TX - Hybrid

Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for tackling complex tax issues, identifying strategic tax planning and cultivating client relationships. The firm is interested in enterprising candidates who appreciate the company's approach to engaging business owners in every stage of their business’s life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Detail review of tax returns and workpapers
• Create strategies with tax leaders and partners for best client solutions
• Manage client communication throughout the year
• Manage tax engagements including compliance and planning
• Work with analysts, seniors and leadership to ensure timely completion of projects
• Coaching and developing tax seniors and tax analysts

Tax Managers work closely with Tax Analysts, Tax Seniors and Partners to deliver excellent client care. The position can be based in Frisco, Texas or Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or related field
• CPA or EA Preferred
• 3+ years of professional tax experience.
• Strong communication skills
