Gersh Autism is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teacher Assistant to join our team. As a Teacher Assistant at Gersh Autism, you will have the opportunity to work with learners on the Autism Spectrum and support their educational journey.

Responsibilities of the Teacher Assistant include assisting the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans, providing one-on-one support to students, and promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of experienced professionals in the field of special education.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a passion for working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and a strong desire to make a difference in their lives. The following qualifications and skills are required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Patience, empathy, and understanding
