The position is responsible for providing direct educational instruction with a focus on individualizing lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of all children in the classroom; promote school readiness in lesson plans and classroom activities; manages classroom appropriately and provides a positive classroom environment. You are responsible for utilizing a team approach and modeling professionalism in work with other staff; as well as conducting data entry and regular child assessments. A minimum of a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or comparable credential is required and have training or equivalent coursework in early childhood development with a focus on infant and toddler development.
