Overview The Lab assistant will assist in clinical courses helping students learn manual skills and clinical skills. Responsibilities This includes but is not limited to the following: Assisting students with the development of psychomotor skills. Preparing the laboratory environment with appropriate equipment and maintaining a safe environment. Student assessment/lab practical grading. Sharing clinical insights. Contextualizing didactic information for clinical application. Qualifications Proven effective interpersonal and conflict-management skills. Ability to take initiative in tasks that occur regularly at certain times of the year (e.g., in preparation for an upcoming semester). Must be able to work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues in a team environment. Experience with clinical skills and procedures being taught. Salary Maximum Salary: USD $70.00/Hr.
