Responsibilities Design and develop high-quality, innovative software solutions using.NET technologies. Create and maintain technical specifications and architectural designs. Oversee code review, refactoring, testing, and debugging processes. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative team environment. Ensure compliance with coding standards and industry best practices. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements. Document development and operational procedures to support knowledge sharing. Location This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Warren, NJ. Candidates must be able to reliably commute daily.
