Job TitleThe team lead is responsible for supporting the management team by demonstrating a selling behavior, floor leadership, and promoting a positive work environment and work culture.Essential functions:Assist the store manager/assistant manager with daily operations, activities, and other tasks as needed and as directed.Support business operations, policies, and procedures.Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.Manage, receive, and deposit sales floor merchandise (receiving and feeing merchandise, sorting, and restocking).Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.Ensure the proper presentation of merchandise and display of marketing materials.Oversee all methods of loss prevention within the store of company assets.Assist the store manager/assistant manager in maintaining company standards for the store.Assist with the development of new sales associates as needed.Ability to complete banking.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must have a high level of integrity.Must have excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.Must demonstrate experience and skills using company communication tools, such as email, internal messaging, and other tools.
