In the role of Team Leader, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of the store's operationa responsibility you'll prepare for through a training sequence that teaches you the company in-store retail information system, inventory management and ordering technology.You will be tasked with handling daily paperwork, troubleshooting car wash issues and other gas pump related issues. This leadership role will also include forecasting, ordering, stocking, and merchandising products, reconciling store paperwork, setting the tone for courteous customer service, and managing the store staff.We expect all of our Team Leaders to embody our Core Values: People, Teamwork, Communication, Training, Results Matter, Fun, Customer Centered and Safety. Living our brand is a critical component for all our roles.Below is a general outline of some of the roles and responsibilities expected of our Team Leaders (this list is not all inclusive):Train and coach new staff, manage performance, and handle staffing needsCreate schedules, track time, and ensure accurate store paperwork reconciliationStock products, maintain store cleanliness, and manage product merchandisingForecast, order, and control inventory, with a focus on shrinkage controlTrack and manage operating expenses to ensure profitabilityDevelop a sales-driven culture using data analysis, goal setting, and in-store operating profit managementEnsure efficient, courteous customer service for customers, vendors, and staffTroubleshoot and resolve car wash and gas-related issuesMaintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and budget requirementsMaintain a clean, customer-friendly environment inside and outside the storePerform additional duties as assignedRequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredSix to nine months' experience as an assistant manager, manager, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong mathematics abilityStrong written and oral communication skillsDesire to be part of a performance-driven teamValid driver's license and insuranceReliable form of transportation to and from the workplace and off-site trainingEmployee Incentives:Employees that are with us for 6 months to 3 years = 0.10 cents off a gallon of fuelEmployees that are with us for 3 years to 5 years = 0.30 cents off a gallon of fuelEmployees that are with us for 5+ years = 0.40 cents off a gallon of fuelMAXIMUM 20 GALLONS AND 2 FILL UPS PER WEEKPhysical Requirements: The Team Leader position requires constant standing, bending and reaching with a moderate amount of manual dexterity.
