As a Team Leader at Jack in the Box, you are a hands-on role model who helps lead the shift, support crew members, and deliver great guest experiences. You’ll work closely with management to keep operations running smoothly while fostering a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace.

• Lead and support crew members during assigned shifts

• Set the example for excellent guest service and teamwork

• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

• Ensure food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness standards are met

• Coach, train, and motivate team members on the floor

• Help resolve guest concerns professionally and respectfully

• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures

• Previous experience in fast food or customer service preferred
