Team LeaderThe Team Leader is responsible for supporting the management team by demonstrating a strong understanding of selling behaviors. The Team Leader will support the business operations, processes, and procedures. The Team Leader will support business operations, processes, and procedures. The Team Leader will provide excellent customer service and resolve issues. The Team Leader will ensure the proper procedures are in place and monitor all methods of service delivery. The Team Leader will assist with the development of new sales as well as support associates. The Team Leader will be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. High level of integrity. Excellent customer service skills. Demonstrated proficiency in using personal computer and software applications. Ability to demonstrate strong selling skills. Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills. Ability to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills. Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills.Constant walking and standing; frequent bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching; occasional lifting and carrying up to 55 lbs; vision to include close, distance, depth, and color perception; hearing and speech to communicate in person, through a device, and on the telephone.
