Key Responsibilities:
Achieve team revenue targets and growth objectives
Build and develop a high-performing sales team
Recruit, hire, and train new sales team members
Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback
Qualification:
Education/Certifications: Post Graduate Preferred
Preferred Qualifications: NCFM, AMFI, IRDA
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals and delivering tailored solutions.
Sound understanding of financial markets, investment and wealth management products like IAP, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, insurance, and bonds.
Ability to identify opportunities for cross-selling various financial products such as Equity Basket, SIP, Mutual Fund, PMS, and Insurance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
