Overview ADP is hiring a Team Leader to support Employment Tax Managers and lead daily activities, ensuring efficient operations and a productive, engaging environment for employees. This role leverages project management and leadership skills to help the team provide high-quality service and develop managerial talent. What you’ll do Support the Member Services Manager daily activities and ensure all work is completed according to schedule deadlines. Serve as acting backup to the Team Manager, providing leadership, guidance, and direction in the manager’s absence. Be a resource for team members with strong knowledge of member services and the team’s responsibilities and goals. Assist with user acceptance testing for new initiatives. Attend weekly training with front-line member services and lead training discussions. Collate escalation reports for compliance and bank audits, and log them with banks. Identify escalation trends to inform banks during monthly reviews. Monitor productivity and performance standards, especially during peak periods. Analyze team statistics and prepare reports. What you can expect on a typical day Support the Member Services Manager daily activities and ensure work is completed on time. Act as backup to the Team Manager, providing leadership and direction to the team. Serve as a knowledge resource for the team’s responsibilities and goals. Participate in training and front-line discussions. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE At least 3 years of experience working in a call center environment At least 1 year of leadership experience Experience in training and creating knowledge management articles Strong collaboration, organizational, time-management, customer service, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work accurately under deadlines Effective communication with internal and external contacts verbally and in writing Proficient using Microsoft Office Required A college degree is not required if you have the skills to do the job. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD 59,100.00 - 120,200.00 per year.
