Responsibilities:
Cashier:
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving any concerns or issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
Front Desk Customer Service Specialist:
- Welcome and assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and lane assignments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a smooth check-in process and addressing any guest needs or concerns.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
Porter (Cleaner of Bowling Facility):
- Clean and maintain the cleanliness of the bowling lanes, seating areas, restrooms, and other areas of the facility.
- Empty trash receptacles and keep all areas well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist with setting up and tearing down equipment for events and parties.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
