The Team Resources Business Analyst:

• Build strong customer relationships with leadership and the cross-functional teams.
• Based on assigned focus area this may include consulting with customers to evaluate data, program requirements, making recommendations, and design & build data output/dashboard or program.
• Will be the subject matter expert for their assigned focus area and will design data sources or programs to enhance engagement, efficiency, productivity, and safety.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis, presentations or training to deliver information using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Power Point, etc.).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Required knowledge: Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables & complex formulas) skills, working with large data sets, ability to work in large multi-company organization structure (matrix), and building dashboards using business analytics platforms (Birst, Tableau, etc.) or author program information on Team BayCare (SharePoint/intranet).
• Other required skills include ability to identify and solve complex problems, self-motivated, manage relationships, communication, process improvement, and time-management.
• Preferred experience: human resources, workforce planning, compliance or audit, accounting or finance, or information technology.
• Required Education and Experience includes Bachelor's in related field with 4 years HR, Analytics or Project Management experience; OR Master's in related field with 2 years HR, Analytics or Project Management experience.
