Description Job Title: Technologist Assistant (hybrid Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, Front Desk) Job Type: Full-time Location: Rancho Mirage, Palm Springs, La Quinta We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technologist Assistant, Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our technologists in the performance of their duties. Responsibilities Assist technologists in the preparation of equipment and supplies for procedures Ensure that all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained Assist in the positioning of patients for procedures as well as on/off exam table. Monitor patients during procedures and report any adverse reactions to the technologist Maintain accurate records of procedures and patient information Assist in the transportation of patients to and from the procedure area Pick up & deliver packages to departments as needed. Return supplies carts to appropriate location Filling supplies cabinets, Filling blanket warmers, Stocking linen Check in patients Transporting patients Room turnover Cross trained in all modalities at all locations including interventional procedures. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families 8 hour shifts (Monday - Saturday) Requirements Risk Management: Cooperates fully in all risk management activities and investigations. Information Management: Treats all information and data within the scope of the position with complete confidentiality and security. High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills License / Certification BLS / CPR We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
