Tech Debt Rem Principal Full Stack

Job Summary (List Format):

- Develop and maintain web applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Build and enhance backend services with Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
- Design, develop, and optimize RESTful APIs.
- Work with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for stored procedure development.
- Utilize GitHub Copilot AI for code generation and productivity improvement.
- Analyze requirements and document technical solutions thoroughly.
- Collaborate in application modernization, including migration from IBM WebSphere to modern technology stacks.
- Reverse engineer and refactor legacy COBOL code as needed.
- Deploy and configure applications on Tomcat and potentially other middleware platforms.
- Leverage tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI, Angular Material, Maven, GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes/AKS for development, testing, and deployment.
- Participate in middleware and application modernization initiatives.
- Senior resource to provide expertise in Struts and IBM WebSphere Application Server migration.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability following best practices.
- Experience required: At least one engineer with 8+ years, others with 4-5 years; one senior resource with deep experience in modernization and relevant technologies.
- Contribute to CI/CD processes and automation.
