Tech Lead Full Stack Developer

Collaborating with project teams, the full-time Tech Lead Full Stack Developer will translate business requirements into technical solutions, create design artifacts, and provide guidance to ensure project success in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Collaborate with project teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions Create and maintain design artifacts while ensuring alignment with business needs and project constraints Provide technical design guidance and support to ensure scalability and adherence to service level agreements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience 7 years of experience in software development with proficiency in .NET-based applications and RESTful APIs Experience utilizing Azure services to build cloud-native applications Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns Experience in leading technical projects and mentoring junior team members is a plus
