Technical Lead - SAP FI/CO

Location: Hybrid (3 days in offer Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) - White Plains, NY - Must currently live within a commutable distance

Salary: up to $135,000 base plus 20% bonus, salary is based on experience and skills

Responsibilities

• Own SAP ECC FI/CO solution design, configuration, and integration with SD/MM
• Translate business needs into clear functional designs, process flows, and documentation.
• Bring ideas to life through detailed requirements, use cases, and proofs of concept.
• Support all testing cycles and help users adopt new solutions with confidence.
• Dive into issues, identify root causes quickly, and keep systems running at their best.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and keep projects moving forward.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on SAP ECC FI/CO experience (GL, AP, AR, TR, CO-PA).
• Strong cross-module expertise with SD/MM and a true techno-functional mindset.
• Experience collaborating with globally distributed development teams.
• A solid understanding of SAP best practices - plus the creativity to tailor smart customizations.
• Excellent communication skills and a problem-solver's mindset.

Bonus Skills

• Additional exposure to SD, MM, and end-to-end Finance processes.
• Familiarity with ALE/IDocs, Web Services, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, SolMan, and HR/Finance platforms such as Anaplan, Basware, Concur, or Dayforce.
