This position reports to an Engineer within the BD Field Assurance Department. This department is responsible for fielding and processing of customer complaints about products. The complaints may come from patients, health care providers including physicians, nurses, or other health care staff. This department investigates the root cause of failure, and processes reports to regulatory authorities.

This position will be responsible for working in a laboratory environment processing returned medical devices. Proper usage of personal protective equipment and biohazard lab safety practices is essential. Candidates will also assist the complaints department with the daily processing of electronic records related to those complaints.

Education:
Associates degree or two years of experience within a regulated industry.

Experience:
Preference for candidates with background in data entry, processing, analysis, with a high degree of accuracy.
