Summary
The Business Development Manager will help drive the growth of Loyal Source Technical Services division through identification and engagement of prospective clients, with an end goal of engaging Loyal Source as their preferred provider of workforce solutions. This is a hunter role for a staffing sales professional who thrives on winning new accounts. This position demands an exceptional balance of drive and commitment, coupled with exemplary interpersonal skills, topped off with a win-win mindset. The Business Development Manager possesses the uncanny ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a high-paced and fast-changing work environment.
Duties and Functions
Work to identify potential clients and key stakeholders within targeted organizations in a B2B setting. Present workforce solutions capabilities to potential clients via phone, video and in-person meetings.
Source prospective clients through referrals, networking, social media, internet research, sales leads and direct contact. Create organization charts of targeted companies through the use of various tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.
Schedule and conduct client meetings to introduce new clients to the value of Loyal Source, with an end goal of engaging them to provide workforce solutions.
Prepare and present workforce solutions proposals.
Promote Client development and build relationships with prospective Clients through office visits, presentations and negotiations.
Utilize strategic client hunting practices, industry/market analysis, internal communication, external promotions and constant in-depth client analysis to uncover revenue opportunities.
Identify potential opportunities with companies through research, referrals, networking and cold calling.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required.
3 – 5 years’ experience in a staffing/workforce solutions environment and a strong history of developing and managing a client portfolio (verifiable).
Must have proven experience with B2B cold calls, securing accounts, and account management.
History of exceeding personal individual goals while working in a team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ATS/CRM knowledge.
Preferred Requirements
5+ years of experience selling staffing services.
Experience selling workforce solutions within the Information Technology, Engineering, Technical Services, or Professional Services sectors.
Existing network of decision-makers within technical, engineering, or IT-focused organizations.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSA)
Knowledge — Understanding of the staffing industry, sales process and the specialties within the industry.
Skill — Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Cold call and develop new business.
Ability — Build new markets and manage multiple opportunities. To travel nationwide to meet clients and prospects.

The role uses standard office equipment.
Travel as required.

Pay Rate: Starting at 75,000
