What does a Technical Support Engineer do?Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to solve high-complexity issues for our customers and partners. Your tools? Our cutting-edge ticketing system, your company laptop, and—most importantly—your brain.You will be the last line of defense between our customers and chaos.
