Job Title: Technical Account Manager Cloud Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-focused Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our dynamic team.
The TAM will play a critical role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the success of our customers' technical journey throughout the sales lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, excellent communication skills, and a proven technical sales and technical account management track record.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Support & Enablement: Act as the sales team's primary technical point of contact, providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process.
    • Assist in the preparation and delivery of technical presentations and demonstrations.
    • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
    • Engage with potential customers to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
  2. Customer Onboarding & Adoption: Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers and assist in the adoption of cloud infrastructure solutions.
    • Provide guidance and support in the implementation and configuration of cloud services.
    • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance customer understanding and proficiency.
  3. Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Regularly meet with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any technical issues or concerns.
    • Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  4. Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in cloud infrastructure.
    • Provide thought leadership and expert advice to customers and the sales team.
    • Contribute to the development of best practices and technical documentation.
  5. Collaboration & Communication: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and engineering.
    • Ensure seamless communication between the customer and internal teams.
    • Provide feedback from customers to the product and engineering teams to help shape future product developments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical account management or pre-sales engineering role, with a focus on cloud infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer success.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of cloud services and architectures (e.
    g.
    , AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
