Job Title: Technical Accounting Senior Manager

Location: Springdale, AR

Duration: 12months

Job Description;

• Conduct technical accounting research and analyze complex GAAP standards.

• Write detailed accounting memos documenting conclusions and recommendations.

• Simplify complex topics for effective communication with both accounting and non-accounting stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accounting insights and support.

• Manage multiple short-term projects while exceeding established goals.

• Maintain and enhance technical accounting knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification preferred.

• 7+ years of experience in technical accounting, including experience writing accounting memos.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

• Familiarity with SAP and Power BI preferred.

• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

• Strong team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and self-motivate.

• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse groups across various levels of the organization.
