The role

We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Analyst to join our IT team in Bloomsburg. You’ll be the go-to resource for escalated technical issues, day-to-day system administration, and keeping our technology running reliably across a multi-site operation. This isn’t a helpdesk role; you’ll be working on real infrastructure, writing scripts, and solving problems that actually matter to the business.

 

You’ll work closely with our Director of IT and partner with departments across the company. If you’re someone who genuinely enjoys digging into a problem, knows your way around Microsoft 365 and server environments, and is starting to build automation and scripting skills, this is a strong fit.



What you’ll do

•       Resolve escalated technical issues across hardware, software, applications, and network systems

•       Assist with day-to-day administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server, and backup systems

•       Write scripts to automate routine tasks and reduce manual work

•       Apply AI-assisted tools thoughtfully to improve how we monitor and respond to issues

•       Support IT projects by owning specific tasks and keeping documentation current

•       Partner with departments across our restaurant, hotel, and healthcare divisions to solve technology problems

•       Identify process improvement opportunities and bring real solutions to help us better every day.

 

What we’re looking for

•       3+ years of experience in technical support, systems administration, or a related IT role

•       Working knowledge of Microsoft 365: Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID basics

•       Solid infrastructure fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, Windows Server, virtualization, backups

•       Automation and scripting experience: able to develop, modify, and troubleshoot scripts to support system and operational tasks.

•       Familiarity with Intune or endpoint management tools

•       Curiosity about AI and automation tools, and how to apply them practically

•       A bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science is preferred; relevant experience and certifications are equally considered

•       Someone who works well on a small team, communicates clearly, and takes ownership without needing constant direction
