Technical Architect AI, GCP

Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)

This role is for a senior-level AI Technical Architect who designs and oversees how Artificial Intelligence systems - especially Generative AI and AI agents - are built and used across a large company.

You will:

• Decide how AI agents are designed, connected, and deployed using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), specifically Vertex AI
• Make sure AI systems work reliably, securely, and at enterprise scale
• Define best practices for how AI agents:
  • Get correct information (grounding, RAG)
  • Talk to each other (agent-to-agent coordination)
  • Connect to business systems like SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow
• Set standards for testing, monitoring, safety, governance, and cost control of AI
• Guide engineering teams on how to build AI the "right way", not just make demos
• Act as the design authority for enterprise GenAI and Agentic AI platforms

This is not a coding-only role. You are expected to:

• Design architectures
• Review and guide implementations
• Explain decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure AI solutions are production-ready and enterprise-compliant
