The role will focus on business process modelling, API integrations, and enterprise modelling frameworks while collaborating with both business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, document, and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.Query, manipulate, and analyse data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.Design, test, and implement API integrations between internal and external systems.Develop and maintain API documentation and integration specifications.Monitor and troubleshoot API calls and data flows to ensure reliability and accuracy.Work closely with IT teams, developers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Design and implement business process modelling solutions using BPMN.Create and deliver BPMN 2.0 training programs for business analysts.Develop enterprise modelling frameworks using Sparx Enterprise Architect.Define modelling standards and governance guidelines for enterprise-wide adoption.Required Skills & Experience6–8 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst / Process Analyst / Information Analyst.Strong experience in business process modelling using BPMN / BPMN 2.0.Experience designing and implementing API integrations (REST APIs).Ability to analyse and manipulate data using SQL or similar tools.Hands-on experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect or similar modelling tools.Experience creating process modelling frameworks and enterprise modelling standards.Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across business and IT teams.Nice to HaveExperience delivering BPMN training sessions to business teams.Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks.Experience working within data management and system integration environments.
