Contract Full-Time

6-9 month Contract role working Hybrid/ On-site here in Winston Salem, NC. US Citizens/ Green Card Holders Only!

Our is currently implementing MSFT D365 at several divisions across the globe. This Business Analyst will work closely with the D365 implementation partner to gather specs and document them in Functional/ Business Requirement docs. In turn they'll work with the Data Engineers/ Analysts who'll write the code (API's, etc) to integrate the new ERP system into existing custom in-house software.

Additionally, you'll provide 1st level production support serving as the first point of contact for resolving production integration issues and system failures as well as troubleshoot integration issues by working with Developers, DBA's and third-party vendors. Participating in UAT and system validation and post implementation reviews will also be part of this role.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• US CITIZEN/ Green Card Holder - No Exceptions

• Currently, Live/ Work in Central NC (WS/ GSO/ HP area)

• 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst in IT (req gathering, spec writing, etc.)

• Solid experience with SQL queries

• Desire/ Ability to learn quickly!!!!

• Exceptional Communication skills (Verbal + Written)

• Strong Organizational and Time Management skills

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE A PLUS:

• SaaS implementation or Integration experience

• Data Analysis and/ or Data Mapping

• Knowledge of API's and API Management

• MSFT D365 implementation
