Technical Business Analyst Apply

Key Responsibilities
- Systems Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud issues.
- Data & Analytics: Strengthen reporting capabilities by designing advanced dashboards, cross-filters, and custom report types.
- Marketing Integration: Build and optimize Marketing Cloud features, including Cloud Pages, to support digital communication and data capture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Advising teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity across platforms and manage the end-to-end UAT process.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive process maps, system architecture diagrams, and technical recommendations.

Candidate Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (Must hold active certification)
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (Must hold active certification)
- Demonstrated Salesforce Trailhead knowledge/ranking.
- Proven experience in needs analysis and eliciting requirements from diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification.
- Strong background in project management tasks: wireframing, flow diagramming, and requirement writing.
- Exceptional problem-solving curiosity and professional communication skills.
