Job Title: Technical Business Analyst
Location: Peoria, IL (Open to relocating candidates, but locals preferred)

Role Overview:
This is a newly created role to bridge the gap between the Scrum team and business partners during a global warranty system transformation. The BA will analyze business requirements, support Agile delivery, and ensure alignment between offshore teams and stakeholders. The transformation includes dealer-facing interfaces, backend systems, and process modernization.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
Business Analysis Experience: Proven BA skills in technical projects (not just process flows).
Communication & Leadership: Ability to translate business needs for technical teams and lead UAT.
Agile & Hybrid Methodologies: Experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban); familiarity with Waterfall.
Offshore Coordination: Work with global/offshore development teams.
Azure DevOps (or similar): Must be proficient or open to learning quickly.
Technical Skills:
Must-Have: SQL, Agile tools (Azure DevOps/JIRA), SOX/compliance awareness.
Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with Java/AWS ecosystems (no coding required), warranty domain knowledge.
Not Needed: Data-specific projects, AWS/Java hands-on expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Elicit and document business requirements for the new warranty system.
Lead UAT testing (not process design).
Collaborate with offshore teams to deliver features.
Ensure compliance with SOX/controls during transformation.
Provide leadership in backlog refinement and sprint planning.
Preferred Background:
Domains: Automotive, manufacturing, or warranty management (open to other domains).
Regulatory: SOX, audit, or compliance experience is a strong plus.
