Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to work in a fast-paced production environment and provide cross-functional team support. This role serves as a key partner between IT developers, business stakeholders, and internal teams to help improve processes, resolve issues, and support operational success.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a point of contact between IT developers and business stakeholders.
  • Gather, clarify, and document business requirements and assess needs for appropriate solutions.
  • Analyze business processes, identify trends and root causes, and recommend improvements.
  • Reconcile client accounts by comparing client files to internal data sets.
  • Research incident tickets and email inquiries, answer application and program questions, and help identify defects or data issues.
  • Track resolution progress with IT development teams to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Participate in meetings and sprint planning sessions to support project progress and delivery.
  • Assist with staff training and support the rollout of new procedures.
  • Handle more complex research, investigation, evaluation, and documentation tasks as needed.
  • Develop and update work procedure manuals.
  • Serve as project lead for business changes that affect processes, procedures, and workflows.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–4 years of proven business unit experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SQL Data Tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration and customer service skills.
  • Solid understanding of the business environment and related systems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
