Role Objective
We are seeking a versatile Business Analyst to drive high-priority integration projects within our Medtech division. You will manage the Agile lifecycle while performing deep-dive business analysis to connect our Diagnostic Lab systems with < (CRM). The ideal candidate ensures that sales and marketing teams have seamless access to lab data, enabling better physician engagement and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst (BA):
· Requirement Engineering: Lead discovery sessions to capture complex requirements for lab-to-Salesforce integrations (e.g., test volume data, provider affiliations, and results reporting).
· Integration Mapping: Define data mapping and transformation logic between Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and Salesforce Health Cloud or Sales/Service Clouds.
· Process Design: Document "As-Is" and "To-Be" workflows for sales representatives and marketing automation teams.
· UAT Leadership: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring the integrated solution meets the high compliance and accuracy standards of the Medtech space.
As a Scrum Master (SM):
· Agile Orchestration: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) for a cross-functional squad of developers and testers.
· Impediment Removal: Proactively identify and resolve blockers related to technical dependencies or data privacy (HIPAA) hurdles.
· Backlog Management: Partner with Product Owners to groom the backlog, ensuring user stories are "Ready" for development with clear acceptance criteria.
Required Qualifications
· Experience: 7+ years of experience in BA/SM roles, with at least 3 years in the Medtech or Diagnostic Lab industry.
· Salesforce Expertise: Strong functional knowledge of < (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Health Cloud) and its integration capabilities (APIs, Middleware).
· Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Diagnostic Lab sales cycle and how clinical data is utilized by commercial teams.
· Integration Proficiency: Proven track record of delivering projects involving system integrations (e.g., Mulesoft, Boomi, or custom API layers).
· Compliance: Strong familiarity with HIPAA, PHI data handling, and Medtech regulatory requirements.
· Time Zone: Ability to work standard Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours to align with Indianapolis-based stakeholders.
Technical Skills & Tools
· Project Management: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
· CRM: Salesforce (Certified Administrator or Business Analyst certification is a plus).
· Documentation: Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro for process mapping.
· Methodology: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
