We are looking for a talented and proactive Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve a key role in bridging the gap between business goals and technological solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend improvements. Your insights will inform strategic decisions, enhance operational efficiency, and support the successful execution of projects. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.
- Conduct detailed business analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and document business processes and workflows.
- Identify and analyze key performance metrics to track business performance.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
