Title: Sr. Technical Business Systems Analyst
Location: Peoria, IL
Workplace type: 100% onsite
Type: Contract (could convert to perm for right person)
Pay: $50+/hr w2
Length: 18 month contract

Must Haves:
- Education & Experience Required: Associate's degree in computer programming or equivalent training required with 10 years’ experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years’ experience
- S&OP processes skills
- SQL
- Team work
Additional Technical Skills
- (Required)Good skills in S&OP processes
- Good technical skills on SQL and Databases
- Strong communication skills
- (Desired)Experience in mainframe migration projects or modernization initiatives is preferred.
- (Desired)Prior experience with ServiceNow
Soft Skills
- Must have good communication, interpersonal skills.
- End user knowledge in IBM mainframe and/or any ERP.
- Strong initiative and the ability to learn quickly is desired.

Job Description
GCIO DT&D team is looking for a Business Process Specialist having good skills in S&OP processes and data skills. You will act a key liaison between client IT and our customers and other IT Teams. You will evaluate Machines S&OP processes, and you will need some technical skills in data management (SQL Queries, Reporting, Snowflake databases…). You will also provide day-to-day support to business partners, business managers and other IT teams in relation to product implementation, questions, and problems/incidents.
We also manage many modernization projects migrating current applications to modern solutions. Future candidates will also help team members to future modernization projects efforts.
They will also be to coordinate changes to our current applications, test, and implement the database applying basic database knowledge.

Interaction with team:
- Business Analyst will work closely with experiences team members to support current applications and to help in our modernization efforts.
