Tessera is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Technical Buyer to support procurement operations at Naval Base Kitsap, Bangor. This role is responsible for sourcing and purchasing specialized technical materials, equipment, and services to meet project and operational requirements. The Technical Buyer will manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that comply with specifications, budget, and organizational standards. **Typical duties include but are not limited to:** Review engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials (BOMs) to determine procurement requirements. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. **Qualifications:** Equivalent combination of experience and education allowed. Minimum 3 years' experience in Technical Buying; **Physical Requirements:** Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance.
