In this role, you’ll support the Technical team in managing the design and technical aspects of residential developments — ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.As well as having holistic responsibility for your own schemes, you will also assist with reviewing drawings, coordinating consultants, and managing approvals with local authorities and utility providers.
