Required Qualifications 5+ years delivering technical HR, Time, and Payroll solutions (SAP, SuccessFactors, WFS, ATOSS, or equivalent T&A platforms). Strong experience managing technical integrations between HR, T&A, and payroll systems. Hands-on knowledge of: o Time evaluation rules o Pay rules and wage type processing o Shift patterns, accrual engines, scheduling o Payroll schemas and tax calculations Familiarity with middleware/API technologies (SAP CPI, Boomi, SFTP, IDocs, REST/SOAP APIs). Experience working with multiple vendors and global stakeholders. ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications Experience implementing WFS or ATOSS in multi-country, multi-shift environments. Deep functional understanding of Employee Central Time and SAP Time Evaluation. Knowledge of compliance requirements (FLSA, scheduling laws, overtime rules). PMO collaboration experience in a structured governance environment.
