The Technical Implementation Analyst leads and supports complex Treasury Management client onboarding and implementation projects. This role requires significant expertise in Digital Banking and Treasury Management (ERP) integrations, secure file transfer protocols (SFTP), and advanced payment solutions such as Integrated Payables. The Analyst serves as a technical liaison between clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless delivery of treasury services and connectivity. The role will lead the development and delivery of training, ensuring TM Implementation associates are provided with the skills and knowledge to effectively deliver services while maintaining compliance with regulations. Duties & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end implementation of Treasury products for corporate clients, focusing on technical integrations and SFTP connectivity. Configure and support SFTP setups for secure data exchange, including troubleshooting connectivity and encryption issues. Partner with Treasury Product peers to align on product changes, ensure TMI associates has the necessary training and awareness. Lead the implementation for Integrated Payables solutions, ensuring accurate mapping of payment files and workflows. Collaborate internal and external teams to design and validate file formats (e.g., ISO 20022, NACHA, XML) for payment and reporting. Provide technical guidance on API integrations, host-to-host connections, and ERP system connectivity. Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans, technical documentation, and client training materials. Ensure compliance with security standards, data integrity, and regulatory requirements throughout the implementation process. Serve as a subject matter expert for treasury technology solutions and elevate complex technical issues as needed. Support Treasury Management Implementation team members and provide backup when necessary. Lead testing, training, communication, and integration of system fixes and enhancements for SFTP, IP and other more technical products. Communicate timelines and status updates to clients and bankers. Ensure client satisfaction through follow-up, responsiveness, and thorough communication. Responsible for detecting issues or potential issues and troubleshooting, as necessary. Effectively manage multiple implementations/projects at one time. Visit client sites with Treasury Bankers to present and demo products as requested. Education & Experience Knowledge of: Strong oral and written communication skills. Extensive strong knowledge of Treasury Management systems, payment file structures, and banking connectivity protocols. Demonstrated understanding of ERP systems and integration methods (API, flat file, XML). Ability to: Demonstrate excellent project management and client communication skills. Identify problem solve and exercise exceptional use of good judgment with respect to issues/circumstances as they arise. Analyze technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions. Work independently and part of a team. Education and Training: Minimum of four years of Treasury Services Implementation experience preferably within a commercial bank. Experience with Jack Henry, Bottomline, nCino, Centrix, FIS and Q2 is required. Experience with Secure File Transmission and Integrated Payables (SFTP) preferred. Salary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends. The role may be eligible for bonus or incentives based on company and individual performance.
