Role Summary:We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Technical Information Analyst with strong experience in IT systems, APIs, and process modeling. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements, document system interactions, and support API and business rule engine development within the software development lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesLiaise with business stakeholders and IT specialists to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for development teams.Create and maintain process models, data flows, system interaction diagrams, and information models.Design and maintain SOAP services and RESTful APIs.Support development and enhancement of Business Rule Engine, Admin Tool, and APIs.Collaborate with developers, analysts, scrum masters, and product owners throughout the SDLC.Validate requirements and resolve conflicting or ambiguous business needs.Ensure optimal system integration and data flow between applications.Essential Skills: Business Analysis in software development environmentsREST APIs / SOAP ServicesUML & Visual ModelingFlow diagrams, sequence diagrams, request/response modelsSQL / PostgreSQLUnderstanding of IT architecture and system landscapesPreferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience with Enterprise Architect modeling toolExperience with Drools (Business Rule Engine)Business rule and process modelingIf this is you, then please do not delay in applying!
