A global pharmaceutical organisation within the rare disease sector are working within the enterprise healthcare industry and are centralising integration capability into their Mexico global capability centre under a Build–Operate–Transfer model.They require a Senior Technical Integration Architect to join them on a contract-to-hire scope.This role will focus on architecting and orchestrating complex end-to-end integration solutions across CRM, Martech, ERP, APIs, and AI-enabled systems to support omnichannel lead-to-cash processes.Key Responsibilities:• Architect end-to-end integration solutions across 5–7 enterprise platforms• Lead omnichannel system orchestration connecting CRM, marketing automation, ERP, and backend systems• Oversee API and middleware integration ensuring seamless platform interaction• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration incidents hands-on when required• Coordinate multiple platform owners and evolve toward succession-level leadershipRequired Skills & Qualifications:• Proven experience in enterprise integration architecture and API orchestration• Strong background in CRM and Martech ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SAP CX)• Experience with middleware and integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Apigee, Boomi, Azure Integration Services)• Background evolving from ERP, infrastructure, or systems architecture environments• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on within complex enterprise landscapesContract Details:• Duration: Build–Operate–Transfer (contract-to-hire model)• Onsite presence within the Mexico global capability centre• Collaboration with a global pharmaceutical rare disease division supporting omnichannel operations
