As a Tech Lead, you will oversee the architecture and design of our software systems while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within your team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into powerful technical solutions, mentor junior engineers, and drive the adoption of best practices across the development lifecycle. Requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading technical architecture and design discussions, driving the overall technical vision and strategy
• Overseeing the development process to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Mentoring and coaching team members to foster their technical growth and maturity
• Collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to define and prioritize technical requirements
• Driving the implementation of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
• Facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring effective communication within the team
• Assessing and managing technical risks and providing solutions
• Continuously improving development processes through feedback and innovation

To qualify for this role, you will need to have:

• Extensive experience in software development with a strong foundation in C# .NET/.NET Core and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React)
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring teams of engineers
• Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure services
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead discussions and communicate technical concepts effectively
• Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and familiarity with CI/CD practices

Desirable:

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Ability to drive a positive team culture focused on continuous learning and improvement
• Experience working directly with international teams
• Knowledge of software development best practices for security and performance optimization
• Experience in conduct code reviews and quality assurance practices
