Job Description:

  • Job Title : Technical Lead Project Manager (IT Services)
  • Job Type : C2C
  • Experience : 8-20 Years
  • Location : Pennsylvania

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Project Lead to oversee the successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion of projects. You will guide team members on technical aspects, conduct reviews of technical documents and artifacts, and ensure efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project development, production support, and maintenance activities, ensuring all phases are completed on time and to specification.
  • Facilitate the completion of timesheets and oversee the invoicing process, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
  • Serve as the primary customer interface for the project, proactively identifying and addressing issues before escalation.
  • Create and maintain functional and technical specification documents.
  • Track open tickets and incidents, allocate resources to ensure timely resolution, and ensure that all tickets are closed within established deadlines.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) by analysts and team members.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management or a related field, with strong technical knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively guide team members and interface with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze technical documents and provide constructive feedback.
  • Proficiency in tracking and resolving incidents in a timely manner.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
