Job Responsibilities:To provide and offer support services to operations through project management and other customized engineering servicesPrepares the budget for repairs and maintenanceEnsures compliance with all government requirementsAssists the General Manager, Property Manager and Engineering Manager in all technical aspects of the buildingContribute in business development and secure Project Management services for the groupDo other tasks necessary for the technical aspect of the workJob Qualifications:Candidate must be a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer, preferably with a background in Business Management.Preferably with 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Willing to work in Cebu City.
