Job Description:

• Proficient in full-stack development, with expertise in both front-end and back-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Java).
• Strong understanding of data engineering practices, data pipelines, ETL, and database management systems (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

• Proven experience in managing technical teams, fostering growth, and improving productivity.
• Strong conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve high performance.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• 7+ years of experience in software development and 3+ years in technical leadership.
