Employer Industry: Defense Technology and High-Performance Computing Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $237,350.00 Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work remotely from anywhere Engage in meaningful work supporting the DoD’s High-Performance Computing Modernization Program Collaborate with a multi-discipline team and senior government staff Chance to lead innovative technology projects and improve services for users What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Lead a multi-discipline team supporting the DoD High-Performance Computing Modernization Program (HPCMP) Ensure adequate staffing for all cross-center functions and maintain high-quality deliverables Communicate daily with senior HPCMP government staff to set priorities and address gaps Develop and implement key technology innovations across the program Manage project teams to ensure successful completion of innovations and improvements What is Required (Qualifications): BA/BS degree with 8 years of prior relevant experience or a master’s degree with 6 years of prior relevant experience Experience supervising or leading cross-functional teams or projects Experience working with a large-scale, highly technical customer base Proficiency in Linux operating systems Must hold an active in-scope Secret clearance prior to start (U.S. Citizenship required) How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Experience with the DoD HPCMP Familiarity with HPC queueing and scheduling systems Experience leading teams or projects on a DoD program We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
