We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Operations Manager to support our IT and cybersecurity teams in delivering exceptional service to clients. This hybrid role blends administrative support, client communication, HR assistance, and project coordination in a fast-paced technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting & Communication Support
- Schedule internal and client meetings, take notes, and distribute summaries
- Ensure follow-ups and action items are tracked and completed
- HR & Internal Operations
- Assist with payroll submissions and employee onboarding/offboarding
- Maintain internal documentation and coordinate with HR systems
- Maintain Vacation Schedules and Calendar
- Client Deliverables & Communication
- Send reports and deliverables to clients per contract timelines
- Maintain deliverable schedules and task lists across multiple accounts
- Technical Team Support
- Help technical staff with administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and procurement
- Track product purchases and ensure accurate client invoicing
- Client Budget & Financial Tracking
- Assist in managing client budget sheets and communicating updates
- Coordinate with finance team to ensure billing accuracy
- Front Office & Call Management
- Answer inbound calls and route them to appropriate personnel
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or HR support roles
- Experience in a technical or IT services environment preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and basic financial tracking
- Familiarity with cybersecurity or managed services terminology is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRIS or payroll systems
- Understanding of client contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
