Job Description

Moodys Northwest Consulting seeking a highly skilled AI Technical Product Manager to lead the development and execution of next-generation AI products. This role requires deep expertise in Agentic AI frameworks, OpenAI technologies, Machine Learning (ML), and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will bridge the gap between technical innovation and business strategy, ensuring our AI solutions deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product strategy for AI-powered solutions, focusing on agentic AI systems and LLM-based applications.
  • Collaborate with engineering, research, and design teams to translate complex ML/LLM capabilities into scalable product features.
  • Own the product lifecycle: from ideation, requirements gathering, and roadmap planning to launch and post-release optimization.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies (OpenAI APIs, fine-tuning, multi-agent orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation) and integrate them into product vision.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align product initiatives with business goals, ensuring measurable ROI.
  • Develop technical documentation, product requirements, and success metrics for AI-driven features.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on LLM architecture, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and agentic workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices, data privacy, and responsible deployment standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in AI/ML-focused products, ideally with exposure to OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM platforms.
  • Strong technical background in machine learning, natural language processing, and large-scale model deployment.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and agentic AI frameworks.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear product requirements and business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Track record of delivering AI-driven products from concept to market.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with multi-agent systems, autonomous AI workflows, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for ML/AI deployment.
  • Understanding of vector databases, RAG pipelines, and knowledge graph integration.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to define KPIs and measure product success
