Job Summary: The Technical Product Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the development and implementation of advanced analytics, reporting, and product development initiatives. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and hands-on experience to drive product success and deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Working with cross-functional teams of developers, analysts, and product managers to create and deliver innovative analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and author user stories and technical documentation.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and develop user experiences, reporting, dashboards, and integrations.
  • Oversee data governance efforts to improve the quality and utility of data warehouses and operational data stores.
  • Streamline collaboration with offshore development partners using Agile methodologies.
  • Advocate for clients and navigate the technical development landscape to ensure successful project delivery.
Technical Environment:
  • Snowflake, SAP Business Objects, Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Epic Bridges, Clarity, Caboodle, HL7 Interfaces.

    Qualifications:
  • Experience in healthcare, clinical informatics, or related domains.
  • Proven track record of managing product roadmaps and delivering successful product integrations.
  • Extensive experience in technical product management, analytics, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, data warehousing, and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and other relevant technical tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Certifications in Epic Systems Applications and Healthcare IT Interoperability are a plus.
