About Careforce At Careforce, our mission is to expand the world’s capacity to care by 3x and break the 40-year interoperability barrier by eliminating the administrative burden that slows healthcare providers. Careforce’s autonomous AI agents find, call, and schedule, freeing medical teams to prioritize patient care and access to healthcare. Technical Product Manager Your job is to build the best action harness for healthcare. Except the actions span the health insurances, providers, specialists, and even government orgs. And the harness is balancing org SOPs, real-world hurdles, and individual preferences and behaviors, to do goal-driven autonomous tasks for people in their most important moments. This is the AGI-harness for caring. The Role You own product vision, roadmap, and momentum for our agentic care-coordination platform. You take ideas to MVP in days and mature them into measured, structured products at the right time, not too early. You work with health Care executives and ground-staff all the same. You sit at the intersection of customers, engineering, and AI, and you are comfortable getting hands-on. What You’ll Do Set vision and roadmap. Define what we build and why, balancing immediate customer value against a roadmap that compounds capabilities over time. Build from scratch. Collaborate with engineers and designers to turn ideas into MVPs, engaging in hands-on product development rather than just specs. Stay customer-obsessed. Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate them into features that solve real provider and patient pain points. Drive iteration. Launch quickly, measure impact, and own the feedback loop for continuous improvement. Whisper to LLMs. Develop strong intuition for model architectures, prompt formats, and approaches that yield the best results, and know how to make these models sing. Define metrics. Establish the key metrics that tell us whether the product is working, and mature into measurement and structure when the moment is right. What We’re Looking For 7+ years in product management with a track record of bringing 0 to 1 products to market, preferably in AI, SaaS, or healthcare. Healthcare industry insight: experience navigating healthcare administration and a deep understanding of provider and patient pain points. Technical proficiency: you can engage engineering teams on technical concepts and have a solid grasp of AI technologies and their applications. Analytical mindset: you use data to drive product decisions and have experience setting and evaluating product metrics. Adaptability and initiative: you thrive in a fast-paced startup and take a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. Why Join Careforce Shape and grow. As a founding team member, you’ll influence the direction and culture of a YC-backed startup, with significant opportunities for personal and professional development. Rewarding compensation. Competitive salary, meaningful equity, and 2x performance bonuses per year. We work and reward in 6-month iterations. We’re also establishing a formal 401(k) and health plan to further support our team. How to Apply Send Us Resume / CV / Cover letter An LLM project: a product, experiment, or side project. A link, video, picture, or description all work. Something special about you: in your own words, the most impressive thing you’ve accomplished (not necessarily job related). Let’s talk. #J-18808-Ljbffr
