Technical Product Manager

JOB SUMMARY EDGE3 is looking for someone with strong technical skills and knowledge combined with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts. You are equally comfortable combing through data for insights, problem solving with engineers, and presenting strategic ideas to management. You will be the bridge between the business stakeholders and software developers, and will need to feel equally at home communicating with both. JOB DUTIES You report directly to the CEO, who will be looking forward to regular updates, sometimes daily You will be the technical product lead on a number of products, having core engineering reporting to you issues and challenges You will work in highly technical products (cradle to grave) from concept through design, development, testing, and release You deeply understand business challenges that you and the rest of the company are solving and you can help define clear product specifications Drive prioritization of the product backlog through complex tradeoffs with engineering Define product success metrics and work with Core Engineering and Testing to track performance and deadlines Work within development process/tools (e.g. Atlassian Jira, Agile, etc.) Make sure that deadlines are being met Interface with the client on various issues and asks Keep management informed on progress / setbacks of initiatives you own EXPERIENCE WE LIKE Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, analytical sciences, or equivalent experience 2-4 years of experience as a product manager or program manager in software Prior software engineering, or related technical experience preferred Technical depth CUDA, SQL, Git, Excel, Jira, Computer vision or AI a big plus Experience working in short, fast-paced development cycles to deliver results quickly Demonstrated ability to assume sole and independent responsibility for various projects Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills Analytically-minded and hypothesis-driven thinker Ability to work collaboratively to get results Self-motivated, attention to detail, and a desire to produce the highest quality work Location Tempe, Arizona To apply, please send a cover letter and resume to #J-18808-Ljbffr
