Responsibilities

Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously across disparate business and technology domains.
Develop program roadmaps, governance models, success metrics, and executive-level reporting.
Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and decision points.
Drive alignment across stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
Technology & Business Transformation
Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, and Operations teams to deliver technology-enabled solutions.
Develop a strong understanding of business processes, systems, integrations, and operational dependencies.
Evaluate opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Translate business needs into scalable solutions that improve associate and client experiences.
Simplification & Continuous Improvement
Identify and eliminate duplicate processes, tools, and activities across functions.
Lead efforts to simplify workflows, standardize practices, and reduce operational complexity.
Use data, metrics, and stakeholder insights to prioritize improvement opportunities.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and accountability.
Stakeholder & Change Leadership
Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Communicate program strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership.
Lead organizational change efforts that drive adoption and sustained business impact.
Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for complex program challenges.
Outcome Management
Establish clear success measures and business outcomes for all initiatives.
Monitor adoption, operational performance, financial impact, and customer experience metrics.
Develop business cases and support prioritization of investments based on strategic value.
Maintain accountability for outcomes, not just project completion.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years of program management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale workstreams simultaneously.
Strong understanding of technology platforms, systems integration, and enterprise applications.
Proven success driving business transformation, process improvement, and organizational change.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud-based platforms, CRM systems, or service technologies.
Experience leading enterprise technology implementations.
Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and change management practices.
PMP, PgMP, Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a technology-savvy program leader who thrives in complex environments and drives results through influence, collaboration, and disciplined execution. They are known for managing multiple priorities effectively, bringing clarity to ambiguity, simplifying complex problems, and consistently delivering measurable business outcomes. Most importantly, they focus on outcomes over activity and continuously seek opportunities to make the organization simpler, faster, and more effective.
