We are currently looking for an Arabic speaking Technical Program Manager to work in a hybrid role across MENA with our biggest customerIn this role you will collaborate with technical and strategic teams to deliver operational excellence and technical quality to premier enterprise customers. If you think you are the right fit for this position, you will need:Minimum Requirements 10+ years of experience in IT consulting, cloud architecture, or technical delivery leadership.Proven technical expertise across Microsoft Cloud services (Azure, M365, or Security solutions).Ability to understand and apply AI concepts within customer and operational contexts.Strong project management background, including governance, reporting, and delivery lifecycle management.Demonstrated experience in leading distributed teams and coordinating cross-functional delivery with partners and vendors.Solid understanding of ITIL, DevOps, and operational frameworks (change management, incident response, SLAs, KPIs).Ability to communicate effectively with executive, technical, and operational stakeholders.Some Key Responsibilities: Serve as a technical authority within the designated delivery area, providing architectural guidance, industry best practices validation, and delivery assurance across multiple Microsoft solution areas (Azure, Security, AI, or Modern Work).Conduct delivery governance checks, reviewing sample deliverables for accuracy, alignment to industry frameworks, and technical depth.Partner with SMEs and IP Leads to validate new content and improve delivery methodologies based on field insights.If the above looks to be a good fit for you and you are interested in working on exciting multinational projects, please apply!
